What we collect

Name, phone number, email (optional), service address, photos you upload of your property, details of the work you request, appointment history, and payment status. Access notes such as gate codes are stored encrypted and are shown only to the crew scheduled at your property that day.

How we use it

To respond to your request, prepare quotes, schedule and perform work, send appointment and invoice messages, and take payment.

Text messaging

We use your phone number to send the messages described on our SMS Program page. No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf.

Service providers

We use: Twilio (text messages and calls), Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), Stripe (payments), Google Maps (address lookup), Anthropic (drafting replies and quote summaries; photos and request details only, never access codes or payment data).
